Fly on the Wall is a self-observation-based practice designed to help you step outside of autopilot and consciously examine how you live, think, and prioritize your life on a daily basis. This course invites you to observe yourself as if you were watching from the outside. Your habits, routines, spending patterns, internal dialogue, and decision-making all become visible. Not to judge or criticize, but to understand. Awareness is the first step to change, and this course is built around developing that awareness with intention. By slowing down and paying attention to your daily structure, you begin to see where your energy is going and whether it aligns with the life you say you want. You’ll start to recognize patterns of avoidance, distraction, and underinvestment in yourself, as well as moments where discipline, clarity, and focus naturally show up. This course also challenges the stories we tell ourselves about time, money, and effort. When you observe your behavior honestly, it becomes clear that growth is less about having more resources and more about choosing differently with the resources you already have. Small decisions repeated consistently shape your identity, your confidence, and your results. Fly on the Wall encourages you to redefine your self-image by becoming intentional about how you show up each day.
